The sponsorship package is tailored for America’s SBDC Annual Winter Meeting, which will include over one hundred leaders of America’s SBDC network, which serves nearly one million clients in all states, territories, and the District of Columbia. The event will share best practices for supporting entrepreneurs, facilitating resource access, connecting with partners, and building the network’s leadership capacity.
Given the significance of this gathering and the key decision-makers in attendance, the sponsorship package offers a valuable opportunity for organizations to gain exposure, engage with influential individuals, and position themselves as thought leaders within the SBDC community.
If you have any specific questions about how to customize or promote this sponsorship package or if there’s anything else you’d like assistance with, please let me know!

The sponsors and the Association will create topics. The Association President & CEO, Tee Rowe, will participate, and we will try and pair one to two State or Associate State Directors to experience, depending on the topic. If you have a suggestion of who you want to be as part of your session in the SBDC network, please let us know. We recommend the sessions run 15-20 minutes, but we have allowed for more time in the schedule. Our goal is to provide a dynamic, high-level conversation that gives the attendees insight into the topic discussed, resources, and examples of applications or ways forward. All sessions include AV support but will function like a panel or roundtable.
These events allow attendees to network, eat, and celebrate with fellow attendees, sponsors, and guests. If your sponsorship includes one of these events, you are the host, and we thank you! Your event will consist of brand attribution provided by the Association. You can bring your own branded napkins, cups, signage, etc. AV support and a riser or staging will be provided for these events. Each sponsor has up to a 10-minute address to the attendees at the beginning of the event.
